The following policy applies to the purchase of Standard bill changers.

• Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

• No returns will be accepted without an RMA number given by customer service.

• All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense​.

• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the actual original freight charges to the customer’s location.
