  1. Do we accept international orders?
    Yes, we do.
  2. Is the international price the same as the domestic order price?
    Yes, all prices are the same.
  3. Are there coupons available for international orders?
    Yes, all coupons are valid.
  4. Is the shipping the same as for domestic orders?
    No, the shipping cost will be calculated when we receive your order list.
  5. Who pays related import tax and cost?
    Buyer pays related import fees and taxes.
  6. How do we pay for the order?
    We will bill you through Paypal.
  7. How long will it take for me to receive the parts?
    We are not sure. It normally takes a longer period than domestic orders. Sometimes USPS will delay the shipment. The estimated Shipping period is 1-4 weeks.
  8. Which shipping company do you use to process international orders?
    Normally we will ship out with USPS.
  9. What happens if a package is lost or tracking information is not updated?
    We will contact USPS first. We fill the claim with USPS if the package is lost.  If tracking is not updated within 30 days. Depending on the situation, we will refund you or send you another package.
  10. What happens if a part doesn’t work or is defective.
    Please email us first. We will check. Unfortunately, the buyer pays all shipping costs involved in returning the item unless it arrives damaged.
